Fools Rise and Fall

a day for the risen
they say

well I am sending out some extra love
for the fallen

often to rise
one must first fall
it is in how we get up
and not fearing that we may fall again
lest not allowing the fear to stop us

knowing deeply the inevitability
braving whatever may come

remembering to look back
extend a hand

today I am offering a hand to you
tomorrow I may need you to do the same for me
